Are you outgoing, friendly, and passionate about making connections? Chivy, a new NYC-based dating app committed bringing authenticity back to dating, is looking for Street Teams and Ambassadors to help us spread the word!
Role:
You’ll have the opportunity to represent us on and off campus and during some of the busiest and most vibrant areas in NYC during the holiday season. Your goal will be to engage with people, share our app’s vision, encourage downloads, and help us build an authentic community.
You'll also have the opportunity to throw events that we'll sponsor.
Responsibilities:
Actively engage with people in your student community and/or at popular locations with heavy foot traffic during the holidays (e.g. midtown)
Hand out flyers and promotional items, explaining our mission and event offerings.
Encourage people to scan our QR codes for app downloads or event info.
Follow brand guidelines to ensure a positive and professional image.
Requirements:
Outgoing and comfortable talking to strangers; experience in street promotions or sales is a plus.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in pairs. This opportunity provides a flexible schedule but you must be able to show up when you commit.
Familiar with NYC and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather.
An existing, strong social network is a plus.
Compensation:
Daily or hourly rate; depending on your availability, shift, existing influence and experience.
Plus, commission based on number of app downloads, free swag, and sponsored social events.
